“Casa de la Paz” is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach front Villa with a private 2 car garage that comfortably sleeps 10. This spacious Villa is fully furnished and ready for you to have some fun in the sun and make some memories that will last a lifetime. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area that easily accommodates a large family. The living room has towering Boveda ceilings and features 3 sliding glass doors that literally brings the patio and the beach into your home. This private patio is just 2 steps from beautiful Sandy Beach which is located on the gorgeous Sea of Cortez. There’s a smart TV, and internet for your entertainment. The large Master Suite has a king bed, two fold out single beds and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a king on the bottom, a queen on the top and a private full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the 3rd full bath. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
Start your day with breakfast on the patio while watching the seagulls fishing and the dolphins frolicking. Play games on the beach or hunt for some shells. Take a swim in the warm ocean waters or simply just float in the waves. Don’t forget to walk over to the new negative edge pool and order your favorite drink at the swim up bar. Kids and adults can also enjoy the large slide at the slide pool. As the sun is setting, grab a glass of wine or a margarita and head up to the viewing deck to watch the spectacular sunset over the Sea of Cortez.
