Casa Bianchi is tucked in among the charming properties of Las Conchas. Las Conchas (The Shells) is the beautiful beach that gives this neighborhood it's name. It stretches out for 5 miles along the ocean, offering a more private feel than other nearby vacation spots.
As you enter Casa Bianchi you are greeted by the family room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath are found on this level too. 1 of the 3 bedrooms is perfect for the kids, as it has 2 sets of bunk beds. The other 2 are perfect for Adults. All the bedrooms have built in shelving with closet areas that make your stay more comfortable. In addition, all bedrooms have ample bedding, making sure you are at home in Casa Bianchi. The 2 bathrooms located on the ground floor are beautifully, tiled and have spacious showers to refresh you after a day at the beach.
The focal point of 2 story Casa Bianchi is it's upper deck, characterized by expansive views, comfortable furnishings, and a BBQ grill. As you walk up the beautifully tiled staircase, you will notice a perfectly placed wooden hand rail for your assistance if needed. Upstairs inside you will find the great room and the den area. The fully stocked kitchen has a beautiful granite counter top island, illuminated by pendant lighting with seating for 3. There is a 6 burner gas stove perfect for cooking for a group or family reunion, with separate dining area for 6 including a toddler seat.
The great room includes two comfy sofas and a wing chair making it the place where people will want to watch the Smart TV (with Direct TV access) Connect to the private Internet to check emails back home, and sip on an adult beverage! Vaulted exposed wood ceilings add charm to this beach home in the oceanside community of Las Conchas.
